Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Site Superintendent located in Fredericton, NB. The Construction Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project budgets and timelines, and coordinating with the project team. They will be the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors at the job site, and will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

• Construction Safety and adherence to safety regulations
• Budgeting and cost management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple construction activities
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Experience in project management is a plus
