Construction Manager
As your construction manager, we collaborate from the design phase or after it’s complete.
We handle defining goals, planning, budgeting, scheduling, selecting partners, ensuring performance standards, and optimizing resources through procurement of materials, equipment, and labor. Our team ensures smooth execution with effective coordination and communication to resolve any issues.
Project Manager
As your project manager, we represent you and handle all project objectives on your behalf.
We define and communicate clear, achievable goals, secure necessary resources (information, agreements, materials, equipment, and workforce), and manage time, budget, scope, and quality efficiently.
General Contractor
As your general contractor, K-Line Building Division manages all materials, equipment, and labor needed for your project.
We coordinate with specialized subcontractors, ensuring a seamless construction process. Our team applies expert knowledge and prioritizes safety, overseeing all trades to maintain the highest standards on site.

Research & Productivity Council (RPC)
Modifications and upgrades to the major mechanical systems along with the associated electrical, architectural and structural systems to support the mechanical modifications at the RPC site in Fredericton, NB.
Village of New Maryland
Construction of a Water Treatment Process Control Building and Booster Pump + PRV Station, including foundations, superstructures, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems at both building sites, Site Development, Installation of a supplied water treatment system and more.
